2. نطاق الخدمات

يوفر FoodNet من خلال موقعه:

• استقبال طلبات التواصل أو الحجز

• عرض العروض الترويجية والمحتوى التسويقي
  ولا يُعد الموقع منصة دفع أو عقد بيع ملزم إلا إذا تم النص على ذلك صراحة.

3. استخدام الموقع

يوافق المستخدم على:

• يلتزم العميل بالحضور في الوقت المحدد أو إخطار الإدارة في حال الإلغاء

6. الأسعار والعروض

• جميع الأسعار والعروض قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق

• العروض الترويجية تخضع لشروط خاصة وقد تكون محدودة المدة

• لا يمكن الجمع بين العروض إلا إذا تم التصريح بذلك

7. حدود المسؤولية

لا تتحمل FoodNet أي مسؤولية عن:

• أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع

• الأعطال التقنية الخارجة عن السيطرة

• المحتوى أو الروابط التابعة لأطراف خارجية

8. الخصوصية
